Notice Requirements

To file a DMCA takedown request, provide the following in writing:

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs preferred).
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including: your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
